Those that are involved within the bodyboarding scene will know the impact & input that The Pit, surf shop in St. Merryn, Cornwall has had on the sport over the decades. Once again, Jon has come up trumps by supporting the youth within the sport, supplying quality kit to one of our young groms Tiago Borges. The Pit have added Tiago to their list of sponsored riders!
For us as a club this is another huge step in the right direction! It’s always been a goal of ours to do what we can to push the next generation of riders in the club and when we spoke to Jon he loved the idea.
We feel we are moving in the right direction & are appreciative of The Pits continued support to the club, its members and the sport of Bodyboarding in the UK.
Tiago will be one of our young groms competing this year at the u18 Nationals next weekend hosted by Surfing England.
